This website, wenlar.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Wenlar LLC ("Wenlar", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Our products have their own terms

The Site is an informational website about Wenlar and its products. The products listed on the Site, including Pigmentcrm, WodCRM and TSC Talent, are offered on their own websites under their own terms of service, privacy policies, and, where applicable, billing and refund terms. Those product-specific terms govern your use of each product, including any subscription or payment. These Terms of Use cover the Site only.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, a binding quote, or a guarantee of product features, pricing, or availability. Product descriptions and interface previews are illustrative and may change.

4. Permitted use

You may view the Site and share links to it for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or any related system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code or imposing an unreasonable load;
• scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

"Wenlar" and the Wenlar logo are marks of Wenlar LLC. Product names and logos shown on the Site are marks of Wenlar LLC or of their respective owners. No license or right is granted to you except the limited right to use the Site as described in these terms.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. References to third-party companies or integrations are for identification only; their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

7. Communications

If you email or call us, you agree that we may reply using the contact details you provide. Please do not send us confidential information or unsolicited ideas through the Site's contact addresses; anything you send unsolicited is not treated as confidential.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wenlar LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you. In that case they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wenlar LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Wenlar agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, and waive any objection to those courts as an inconvenient forum.

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representation that it is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

12. Changes

We may update the Site and these terms from time to time. When we change these terms we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Wenlar regarding the Site.
