Privacy Policy

What wenlar.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: very little, and we don't sell it.

Effective September 17, 2026

1. Who is responsible

This policy describes how Wenlar LLC ("Wenlar", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, handles personal information in connection with the website wenlar.com (the "Site"). Wenlar LLC is the data controller for the Site.

Privacy questions and requests: hello@wenlar.com

2. Scope

This policy covers the Site only. The products listed on the Site, including Pigmentcrm, WodCRM and TSC Talent, run on their own websites and have their own privacy policies, which describe how customer and end-user data is handled inside those products.

3. Information we collect

The Site has no accounts, no forms, and no checkout. We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you send us. If you email or call us, we receive your name, email address or phone number, and whatever you include in your message. If you write to us about a job, this includes the application materials you choose to send.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps in order to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
  • Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as page views, referrers, and country-level location. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across sites.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels or cross-site advertising technologies. Our infrastructure provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes, such as distinguishing legitimate visitors from automated abuse.

5. How we use information

  • to operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • to respond to your inquiries and carry on the conversation you started with us;
  • to evaluate job applications and introductions;
  • to comply with law and protect our rights.

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interests in running and securing the Site and in answering business inquiries, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the Site and our business communications, under terms that limit their use of it:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — hosting, content delivery, security, and cookieless analytics.
  • Google LLC (United States) — web fonts. When the Site loads, your browser requests font files from Google Fonts, which exposes your IP address to Google.
  • Email and telephone providers that carry the messages and calls you send us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

7. Where information is processed

Wenlar is based in the United States, and the information described here is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

8. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records, and then delete it or archive it securely. Job application materials are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner or we hire you. Technical logs are kept for short periods by our infrastructure provider.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live — for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email hello@wenlar.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and a restrictive content security policy on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To report a vulnerability, see our security.txt.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
